I have been up to a nice variety of things recently. Work is completed on A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood starring Tom Hanks. I orchestrated and conducted the score for Nate Heller. The movie comes out later in the year.
My friend Jules Buckley is conducting concerts for Quincy Jones in Europe this summer. The first show is in Paris on the 27th of June. I was asked to do an arrangement of “Your Put a Move On My Heart.” Wish I could go and check the shows out!
I am currently working on some arrangements and transcriptions for Andrew Dominik’s Blonde.
Just sent off a few arrangements for my friend Tarita Botsman’s group The Seven Sopranos.
I am off to Taiwan to conduct The Little Mermaid July 6-7, then Australia for a quick trip.
Some where in there I am arranging a show for Maxwell and the NSO. If I am still alive in August I start orchestrating Frozen 2, ready for sessions later in the month!
